Physical Education and Health: (4 semesters required = 2 credits)

R Health (1 semester, grade 9) Emphasis on the importance of responsible decision making and maintaining our bodies as temples of God.
R Physical Education 9 (1 semester) Emphasis on team activities.
R Physical Education 10 (1 semester) Emphasis on team activities and some individual activities.
R Physical Education 11 (1 semester) Emphasis on individual activities.
R Physical Education 12 (1 semester) Emphasis on individual activities.
E Physical Education – Athletics (1 semester) Students, after grade 9, may elect the option of earning Physical Education credit through participation in a team sport for an entire season. They may use the same sport only once.
