Jessica B: “The staff at Seattle Lutheran is probably one of the most caring and observant staffs a high school could have.”
Hannah J.: “Seattle Lutheran High School has pushed me to explore my options for college and beyond. It has taught me to be myself and be confident about it.”
Lindsey: “I really like the sports programs because they are “no-cut” so anyone gets a chance, and I love the coaches.”
Gabbie: “Something that I have acquired here at Seattle Lutheran is confidence. This school has so many leadership opportunities that you can’t help but to include yourself in them. This is a character quality that I know I will never lose and it will follow me around for the rest of my life. So thanks SLHS.”
Jake: “My favorite coach is Coach Will. He knows how to relate to me and get me to listen.”
Conner: “Something that I have acquired from SLHS is the great friendships that I have developed throughout my years here.”
Claire: “I enjoy the smaller classes which creates a more personal learning experience.”
Kelsey: “What I like best about Seattle Lutheran is how much everybody cares for each other. Teachers and students alike, everyone wants you to succeed.”
Hannah S. “During my time at Seattle Lutheran, I have become more confident. Being here helped me find out who I am and made me comfortable being me.”
Melissa: “My favorite teacher is Mr. Caudle because he taught me how to write a really good thesis statement and motivated me to do well in school. He has taught me a lot about colleges and helped me decide what I want my career to be in the future.”
Katie: “The classes are small so it’s more one on one. It’s a better way to learn.”
Carly: “I have acquired better leadership skills and being more assertive. Being in Key Club and Student Council has taught me how to be involved and help in places I care about.”
Kathryn: “The best thing I like about Seattle Lutheran High School is that everyone is nice to each other.”
Conner D: “Mr. Graddy is my favorite teacher because he loves his job, and wants to spread his knowledge of History to everybody who comes into his classroom.”
Beret: “I have gained so much more confidence at Seattle Lutheran. It is a great thing that I can use throughout my entire life.
Jack: “I received my first real exposure to the Christian religion from Seattle Lutheran High School. While not converting me overtly, it has certainly provided interesting insight into a cultural aspect I had not experienced before.”
Fred: “One thing I have learned at Seattle Lutheran is that doing things the right way always ends up better than doing things the easy way.”
Emma: “At Seattle Lutheran I have learned that there is more to people than what you see on the outside and being in a small school has really allowed me to see the other side of people that you wouldn’t at a big school.”
Emily: “At SLHS I have learned more about being a Christian.”
Jessica: “The faculty is extremely helpful and I feel like I can really trust any of them. They’re not just there to teach you about math or English, etc. They’re also there to help you along the path of life.”
Kelli: “What I have acquired most at Seattle Lutheran High School is new friendships.”
Natalie: “Seattle Lutheran has helped me acquire a steady work ethic. The teachers give you enough homework to challenge you, but they also aid you in learning how to manage your time.”
Katherine: “My favorite teacher is Mrs. Hook because she is a very thorough teacher and no matter how you answer a question she listens to your ideas and turns the worst of answers into something good. She pushes people to do their best.”
Ali: “At Seattle Lutheran High School I have made many friends who I will have for a lifetime, and I have also learned many new things.”
Jared: “I really like Mr. Gadbury because he is funny and nice and a good teacher.”
Matt: “Seattle Lutheran High School has a very “homey” feeling that makes it an enjoyable place to be. There is a wonderful faculty that creates an inviting and great learning environment.”
  Monika: “At Seattle Lutheran High School I have learned not to judge people by their cover. I have heard that expression before, but now I have actually applied it to my life and people around me.”
Taylor: “One thing I have acquired at Seattle Lutheran is that I’ve learned to speak up. When I first came to the school, I was very timid. I’ve come out of my shell so much.”
Sarah: “At Seattle Lutheran, I have learned how to push and challenge myself as a student and player. I’m not afraid to ask questions and for help.”
Mindon: “While at Seattle Lutheran I have gained the confidence and skills to be a leader. I believe Seattle Lutheran has given me the opportunity to develop my character further and become my own person.”
Anna: “One thing I really love about Seattle Lutheran is how close most of the students are to each other and how close the teachers are to the students. The closeness makes learning in the classroom a lot more comfortable.”
Derek: “Because of Seattle Lutheran’s small size, students have the opportunity to meet with teachers one on one.”
Elyssa: The faculty at Seattle Lutheran is very helpful. If you ever have a question it is easy to talk to them and get extra help. All the teachers really care about making sure the students succeed and I know that their help has contributed to my success.
