If you are interested in signing up your student or any other family member* for this tour, please follow the steps below:
1. To reserve a spot, print and complete a registration form and send it along with a non-refundable check of $500 per traveler. Make the check payable to Seattle Lutheran, being sure to note in the memo line that the check is for the Europe Trip. Mail it to:

2. If you would like to purchase optional travel insurance from Casterbridge, include $102 per student and $133 per adult in the price of the deposit. Click here to view a description of coverage: http://www.travelguard.com/casterbridge/briefdescription.aspx
Purchase of insurance is advised but not required. Each person only needs to cover their own trip arrangements.
3. All final payments are due 90 days prior to departure and can by paid by check to Seattle Lutheran.
4. Procure a passport for each traveler immediately through the U.S. Postal Services or U.S. Passport Bureau. Use the following link: http://www.usps.com/passport/welcome.htm
Be sure to apply for a passport book, which is required for international travel, not a passport card. Cost: $85/age 16 and under, $100/age 16+
*Students and their family members are welcome to travel on this tour. Any students or children younger than the age of 15 are required to have parent accompanying them. Keep in mind that the tour will include vigorous daily walking and/or strenuous hiking and will not be suitable for anyone with health problems or physical limitations.
