The Soldier’s Angels Club is sponsoring a Holiday Drive for their newly adopted soldier, Specialist Kory Howard in the U.S. Army. Kory is based in Iraq and, is a resident of the Seattle area.

Please send your donations to the LRC for our Thanksgiving and Christmas mailing.

Your donation(s) of the following items would be very much appreciated by Spec. Howard and his platoon: Chap stick, Mini Hand Sanitizer, Canned Tuna, Canned Ravioli (try to find the “pop-top” type of cans) Soap, Toothpaste, Twizzler (licorice), Wet Ones (baby wipes), Granola Bars, Nuts, Cocoa, Hand Lotion, Various Snack Items. Non-Perishable Items, such as Beef Jerky, and Raman Noodles, Rice Krispy Treats, Gum, Mints, Fruit Leather, etc.

There will be a box in Room 43 of the LRC for any donations that you can provide. Your support of this club is very much appreciated by these students, and our men and women of the Armed Forces.

Soldiers’ Angels slogan, “May No Soldier Go Unloved,” encapsulates the motivation behind Soldier’s Angels. By working together and sharing a common vision of service, the volunteers of Soldiers’ Angels continue to demonstrate active care and concern for veterans, the wounded, deployed service members and their families.
