Adriana is a native of Medellín, Colombia. She has a degree in Finances and International Relations. She worked for the president of Colombia in 1996 until she moved to Germany. In 2001 she arrived in Seattle and became a teacher of the year in 2004 for Berlitz.
She has a passion for languages and besides Spanish and English, speaks French and German. She has been teaching and tutoring Spanish for over 16 years to adults and children. She started at SLHS in 2016 and loves the community and the students.
She has a bilingual child, Manuela. In her free time, she loves traveling to Europe, Colombia, and Mexico. Also, she enjoys doing exercise, cooking, watching movies and spending time with her daughter.
