The World Dining Club aims to promote extracurricular nonacademic experiences that promote community building at Seattle Lutheran through world foods. We hope that our activities will help domestic and international students as well as faculty get to know each other by sharing their interests in foods from around the world. We meet at restaurants monthly to try new foods and to recommend our favorites. During fall semester, we tried Vatsana Thai in Westwood Village, Genki Sushi on Capitol Hill and Green Leaf Restaurant in the International District. In the spring, we plan to attend Chinese New Year festival in the international district, go on a tour of the fortune cookie factory and lunch at Happy Times Bistro. Please join us!
